Tim Bashara, D.M.D
PEDIATRIC DENTIST/OWNER
Dr. Tim Bashara graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2000 and completed his pediatric dental residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He and his wife, Linh, opened Sweet Tooth Pediatric Dentistry in 2005. They have two boys and enjoy movies, fishing, and traveling together.
Dr. Tim has a heart for children and sees his work as a calling to serve with love and integrity. He is dedicated to providing quality care to all children, including families in need. His faith guides his practice, and he lives by Colossians 3:23: “Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men.”
Linh Bashara
Operations MANAGER
Linh Bashara has been working alongside her husband, Dr. Tim, at Sweet Tooth Pediatric Dentistry since 2005.
With a deep passion for children and helping others, she considers it a blessing to be part of a practice that creates healthy, happy smiles. Her goal is for every child and family to feel valued and cared for.
Outside the office, Linh teaches Bible study at church and volunteers in community outreach programs. She cherishes time with Jesus, her family, and her beloved 21-year-old cat.
Claudian Vargas
OFFICE MANAGER
Claudian first joined our office in 2012 as a dental extern and spent eight years as a lead dental assistant before transitioning to the front office.
She is a dedicated leader with exceptional knowledge and skills, ensuring every family receives the highest quality care. Her kindness, compassion, and unwavering integrity make her an invaluable part of our team.
She is a proud mom of three children and two fur babies. In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her daughters and spending quality time with friends and family.
Cynthia Casas

Cynthia is a dedicated dental assistant who loves helping children feel confident and comfortable during their visits. She graduated from Westwood High School in 2020 and later earned her dental assisting certification from Carrington College in 2022.
Outside of work, Cynthia enjoys hiking, exploring nature, and cherishing time with family. Her passion for both personal growth and patient care makes her a valued part of our team.
Savannah Jones
LEAD dental assistant
Savannah has been part of the Sweet Tooth family since 2010—first as a patient and now as a team member! She joined our staff in 2023 after graduating from Highland High School and completing the dental assisting program at East Valley Institute of Technology in 2019.
She married her husband, Michael, in January 2022, and together they have two dogs, Gigi and Iris. Savannah loves soaking up the sun and is passionate about educating kids on how to keep their smiles happy and healthy!
Alexa Woods

Alexa may be our newest dental assistant, but she’s been part of the Sweet Tooth family for years! She first became a patient in 2006 and aged out in 2018. After graduating from Basha High School in 2015, she spent nine years as a cheer coach before deciding to pursue a career in dental assisting.
She completed her externship at Sweet Tooth while attending The American Institute of Dental Assisting and officially joined our team in early 2025. In her free time, Alexa enjoys spending time with her family, boyfriend, and their Frenchie, Cruella. She loves making kids smile and dreams of having little ones of her own one day!
Summer McDaniel
insurance coordinator
Summer has been our insurance coordinator for six years, ensuring every family gets the most accurate breakdown of their benefits.
She’s a true expert when it comes to verifying coverage and making the insurance process seamless for our patients!
Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband and three kids. In the winter, they enjoy riding together, and in the summer, you’ll find them at the lake, soaking up the sun.
